Shelly Slater of WFAA TV in Dallas, TX did a story on one of Honor Flight™ of Dallas Board of Directors, USAF Brigadier General James McPartlin (Retired), and 14-year old Scott Northcutt, a Prince of Peace Catholic School student who has embraced Honor Flight™ and has worked incredibly hard to help make our flight come true. A handful of WWII and Korean War veterans were present today when we made a presentation to students at St Joseph Catholic School in Richardson, TX. The students later held a fund raiser and made a contribution to Honor Flight of Dallas - thank you!

The students of Prince of Peace Catholic School in Plano, TX have been working hard to raise funds to help support Honor Flight. On December 5, 2008 we made a presentation to the 8th grade class and gave the kids a chance to meet and ask questions of three veterans on the Honor Flight of Dallas Board of Directors: Brigadier General James McPartlin (WWII), Jim Walker (WWII), and Ray Carrio (Korea).
